What are the steps I need to register my student?
There are two steps to registering your student:
- Step 1: Register your student on our online portal
- Step 2: Drop the required documents off at our Registration Department

What are the required documents I might need?
You will need the documents listed here.
They are:
- Student’s Birth Certificate (new students only)
- Student’s Immunization Record (MS121)
- Proof of Residency 1 (mortgage document, property deed or tax, apartment/house lease)
- Proof of Residency 2 (major household utility bill, Mississippi automobile registration, Mississippi voter registration card, etc.)

Can I upload or email my required documents?
No, you must bring the required documents to our registration office located at Oxford Intermediate School, 501 Martin Luther King, Dr., Oxford, MS 38655.

If I am new to Oxford, MS moving from out-of-state, how and where do I get my student's immunization record on a MS121?
You must take your student’s immunization record to our local health department and have it placed on our MS121 form.

Does my student need a physical to attend school?
No.

Do I need a transcript to register my student?
No, all that is required at the time of registration are Steps 1 and 2.

Can a grandparent or stepparent register my student?
No, only the legal guardian or the parent(s) of said student must register their student in school.

Do I need my student’s social security card to register?
No.

Must I have the original copy of my student’s birth certificate?
No, a copy is fine as long as it is clear and legible.

What are the steps to withdraw my student?
The legal guardian or parent on file must go to their student’s school and sign the required withdrawal form.

Where do I go to update my student’s contact information?
The legal guardian or parent on file must go to their student’s school to update any contact information.

If I have a change of address, where do I go?
Please report to the district’s registration office to make any changes to your student’s address:

Are there any documents I must bring in order to change my address?
Yes, please provide a copy of the said lease or mortgage document along with a major utility bill or connection fee receipt.
